On the 7th of October, we held our third Monthly Members Meeting, where we had an enriching discussion focused on increasing the recruitment and engagement of senior women volunteers, as well as motivating and integrating senior volunteers.
We examined the current representation of women in our organizations and explored strategies to not only boost their participation but also create empowering roles tailored to their strengths, as well as looked at ways to motivate and integrate all senior volunteers, brainstorming activities that could foster a sense of purpose and belonging.
We acquired some invaluable insights, and we’re excited to take these ideas forward to strengthen our senior volunteer community!
